Carlos Veliz, CPM, started working in Property Management as an Accountant. Serving roles as Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and subsequently rising to be an Asset Manager for 4 years. Working for private companies such as Doerken Properties in Santa Monica and Rose Group Management in Los Angeles, he achieved great success and learned many special qualities to be a successful entrepreneur.
During his 16 years in corporate America, he has supervised more than 20 million square feet in commercial properties and more than 100,000 in multifamily units across the US. He directly supervised more than $70 million in capital improvement projects as well.
Carlos started his first startup in construction and property maintenance in January of 2014. Following his passion for real estate, he founded Prime Property Management Corporate, Inc. in February of 2017. With Prime’s great success, Prime HOA Management was born. In May of 2019, Prime started managing their first HOA account and now currently manage more than 1,100 units in the Bay Area and Sacramento.
Most recently, Carlos founded Guardian Project Management which exclusively works with HOA Board members for large capital expenses projects and private investors building new apartments in Oakland and Sacramento.
After getting great NOI results from his 12-unit co-living community, Social House, he’s launching his second Real Estate development in Sacramento. Carlos plans to continue building great communities in California that reflect his past, current, and future goals.
Carlos earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Law with a minor in Real Estate from Cal State North Ridge.
Carlos enjoys soccer, cooking, and spending time with his two young boys. One day, he plans to open a restaurant and earn a Michelin star. This star will represent his hard work, drive, and passion for what he loves.

Jaime Sanford spent the first 7 years of her professional life in the marketing and business development fields, working for non-profits and start-ups in the East Bay.
Her real estate career kicked off in 2017 when she joined Prime Property Management Corporate, Inc., formerly Vision Property Management. She originally started in marketing but quickly earned her real estate license as a salesperson and received a crash course in property management. Over the years she has learned the ins and outs of real estate investing as well as the nuances of being a property owner in the Bay Area. At Prime, she oversees the acquisition and onboarding of new clients and properties, as well as providing support to the Property Managers when needed.
Jaime has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona. In her free time she enjoys road biking, hiking, and hanging out with Luna, her chihuahua.

Briana Kessler grew up in Florida flipping houses with her mom. Together they lived in about 30 different homes, moving every couple of months. This got Briana really excited about the housing market. She went to school at the University of North Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She traveled the world and began her career working in Property Management. Her family has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and she plans to keep it going! On the weekends, catch Briana at the beach or hiking with her dog Hazel.
